Following are the situations where the portal might cancel the order:
In the above cases we will notify the cancellation of order and the reason for cancellation. We will also refund the amount within 20 days if the payment against that order had been made before cancellation.
In case you request cancellation of the order within 24 hours of placing the order and before the start of processing then we will cancel the order and will transfer the full order amount within 2 days (in case the payment has been made) in your DSP account or bank account (if payment made through credit card).
No cancellation request will be entertained after the processing of the order has been started.
