1.Want to Return a Product?

We offer a 20-day return guarantee on all the products bought on our website. Products should be returned in the original condition.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

1) If the order is not according to the specifications ordered by you

a. Wrong size

b. Wrong color

c. Wrong quantity

2) If the product is in bad shape:

a. Defective

b. Damaged

3) If the product is significantly different from what was described by the seller


Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

 

    • The product is used, torn or altered
    • The product is without the tags and invoice
    • The product is in damaged condition
    • The packaging or the box in which the product was sold is damaged
    • The product is not in original packaging
    • The product is without accessories or freebies
    • Serial number is tampered with. 

 

Categories not eligible for Return: 

 

    • Healthcare products
    • Customized products
    • Innerwear , swimsuits
    • Perishable items like edible products, frozen food, canned products, groceries, flowers etc
    • Baby products
    • Pet supplies
    • Sanitation supplies
    • Chemicals, adhesives and lubricants 

 

2. Want to Replace a Product?

Replacement will be accepted if your purchase is covered under buyer protection and the product is in stock with the merchant. In case, the product is out of stock, we will issue you a refund.
Also, if the product delivered is not the same that you had ordered, merchant's consent is required to replace. Please read the Product description carefully and choose the right size and color.


Replacement will not be accepted in the following conditions:

  • The product is used, torn or altered
  • The product is without the tags and invoice
  • The product is in damaged condition
  • The packaging or the box in which the product was sold is damaged
  • The product is not in original packaging
  • The product is without accessories or freebies
  • Serial number is tampered with. 

3. What is the time frame in which, I have to file a return / replacement request? 

  • Return/Replace request of the Product(s) to be initiated within 20 days of Delivery.
  • Return Request to be filed within 24 hours of Delivery under following condition:
    • Damaged Product
    • Empty Parcel
    • Missing Item 

4. When will I get the refund?

We will make full refund to you within 20 days of the return request under the following conditions:

    • No shipment has been made by the suppliers
    • If goods that you ordered were lost in transit
    • If the items are confiscated by customs authorities due the negligence of the supplier
    • If fake products have been delivered
    • If the product delivered is broken / not functional
